Terms of Service
1. Ordering & Acceptance
By placing an order on our platform, you make an offer to purchase ice cream tubs according to these terms. Orders are subject to verification of product availability, delivery serviceability of your PIN code, and payment approval.
2. Serviceable PIN Codes
Deliveries are restricted to active serviceable postal zones verified during the checkout flow. Orders placed to unserviceable areas cannot be fulfilled.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our menu are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on order value and destination zone.
